Whilst practicing twenty (20) years of director responsibilities, ten (10) of these years in a publicly listed company, I understand continuous disclosure requirements.  In this ten (10) year period, I held the chairperson role for five (5) years and the company was awarded the 2007 Annual Report of the Year, from the Australian Shareholder Association.


In 2006 I completed my Diploma of Company Director with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
