I am keen to work with people of similar views and values, which are realistic and open to new ideas and can agree to disagree without damaging the relationship. Indeed, living life will always require some compromise to help further the required cause at the time.
However, compromise completed in "silence" is by choice, a surrendering of honesty and especially moral truth. Time or life forces you to reflect on these moments from time to time and it becomes clear that you have not been as "real" as you could have been to yourself or others at the time.
As such my view is: "you compromise, you are compromised" if done in silence.
This compromise can be seen in people and businesses and is known as a Dual Persona. Some have substantial differences in these personas and others are indistinguishable and thus authentic or "Just Being Real". The latter are the people and businesses I wish to deal with.
This site allows you to determine if I am the right person with the right services or connections for you to deal with. It is my outward expression of authenticity, showing myself and stating I refuse to compromise in silence. I want to assist you were I can via my passion, honesty, experience, and skills whilst, "Just Being Real". This makes me a person that could be of great value to you, can be depended on, and does not pretend to be anything I am not, as I am "Just Being Real."
I have diplomas in Insurance Broking, Company Directorship, Business Administration, and Financial Planning, which have been applied to working life in Agriculture, Property Development, Banking, and General Insurance. My insurance experience covers both brokering and underwriting, with a strong focus on risk management areas. My personal experience lies within directorship, management, sales, and business creation, with a strong focus on people.
Broadly, I see my working life as being all related to people and risk management.
Finding original and insightful solutions requires a deep analysis of issues and the initial drivers, which can easily be missed if the focus is purely on risk, sales, and "closing the deal". I have strong interpersonal skills and work with a wide variety of people. My ability to view challenges from a third-person perspective allows for an unemotional analysis of issues, focused on the best outcome for you. This creates the need for some challenging conversations which I welcome.
I am comfortable expressing my views and feelings and see this as a strength.
